Business Development Manager - Leeds / Sheffield / York A fantastic opportunity has come up to join a global market leading Health, Hair and beauty manufacturer with no previous industry or product knowledge needed. This is within a fast paced environment and requires someone with a structured sales approach. Client: My client is one of the largest manufacturers of Health, Hair and beauty products across the globe who are looking for an Business Development Manager covering Leeds, Sheffield and York. This is working for an extremely well-known brand recognisable through TV, radio and advertising. Role: You will be responsible for - Managing an established account base of prestige business customers Strong focus on new business and developing accounts Managing your own diary Territory management Selling broad range of products and acting as a business partner to your accounts Candidate: The ideal candidate will - Have a minimum of 1 years’ field sales experience History of bringing on board new accounts Have a passion/interest in the health, hair and beauty industry Have a stable sales background Live on area (ideally Yorkshire) Good at building relationships Training: As my client is open to considering candidates outside of the industry, a full, comprehensive training scheme has been put in place to ensure you are comfortable with the product range. You will also receive individual training on a yearly basis to help continuously improve your knowledge and skills. Package: Basic salary is £30,000 - £33,000 as well as a MONTHLY commission structure (up to £25,000), fully expensed company car, phone, laptop, excellent pension, private healthcare, holiday plus a number of corporate benefits.
