Overview
My client, a professional services consultancy company, has a vacancy for a Resourcer or Senior Resourcer to join its business. The Company (established 20 years) provides support services to a range of businesses, charities and not for profit organisations. They work closely with customer’s HR and legal teams, CEOs and MDs and over the years have built a niche recruitment business working discreetly alongside their main operation. Last year recruitment fees amounted to over £150K and my client feels that with the services of an experienced Resourcer or Senior Resourcer the recruitment business could grow significantly. The role is all about resourcing the right candidates for the right roles - there is no selling, lead generation or cold calling involved. Clearly account management will be required, but as our client’s consultant team will access vacancies, this position is mainly about using advanced recruitment skills to headhunt and search for great quality shortlists. To be of interest for this role you will: Have 5 years recent experience as a resourcer … and while this must have been from a professional services or IT background, you will be able to turn your hand to any sector Have advanced search skills using LinkedIn, CV libraries and other resources (my client will fund the usual facilities) Have excellent people judgement and be motivated to find the right candidate using in depth interview & research skills Have superb communication skills, verbal and written Be highly organised, a multi-tasker with great attention to detail Live easily commutable to Maidenhead In return my client offers the possibility of a part time work pattern (or full time with an agreed work pattern to suit), private health care, enhanced holiday and a friendly and relaxed office. Also on offer is a substantial bonus based on quality placements made - this could amount to 15% of fee income once costs are covered, generating a genuinely high OTE.
