Overview

You will be joining a business with the enviable position as a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of specialist and general personal respiratory protection solutions for a range of CBRN applications. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the company’s sales activities in the fire, military, law enforcement and industrial markets, within a specified region. Main Responsibilities: • To take the lead by owning and managing the assigned regions • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results. • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. • Achieve commercial targets for the region. • Research targets leading to business development opportunities. • Provide a weekly/monthly rolling business forecast in accordance with the required timetable and format (to include win probabilities.) Requirements: • Demonstrable track record in: meeting sales goals, developing budgets, negotiation, direct sales and sales planning. • You should possess excellent communication skills, fluent English whilst being proficient in another European la • You must be good at relationship building. • Language (French or German preferred.) • You should have experience in working with the military, law enforcement or fire end users. • You must be proficient with Microsoft Office. • An emergency services background may be beneficial. • CBRN/HAZMAT knowledge.
