Telesales Executive Wallingford £22-25k Plus Commission (£30k OTE) The Business Our client offers professional management consultancy services and as they are growing, are adding to their team in Wallingford. They are working with us here at Better People Ltd to source the right person for this Telesales role. The team are a group of friendly approachable professionals on a great local business park offering a range of facilities. The Job The role is as a Telesales Executive making outbound calls to businesses to secure appointments for members of their team to visit and meet the clients. The consultants offer professional solutions and advice to businesses The role is office based and is in Wallingford and can be worked on either a full or part time (school hours) basis. The Telesales Executive will be making outbound calls, typing notes on a database- recording actions and notes against all of their calls. The leads are provided by the business so that all you have to do is make the calls and secure the appointments. Full in- depth training is provided. This job has prospects too so there are opportunities for progression/promotion as the business grows. You will receive commission paid monthly in arrears. The commission is paid for the number of appointments you are able to make. The commission structure is clear and achievable and once training is complete it is envisaged that you will be able to earn a pro rata of £30k per annum ( this has been exceeded by other people in the role). Ideal Candidates: Will have good speech and communication skills Be confident professional and effective on the phone Will have experience making a high number of outbound calls Will have ability and experience selling and using their influencing skills Will be resilient, self- motivated and resourceful Will have good keyboard skills Will be confident on MS Office including emails on Outlook and able to learn to use a basic database. This is a great role either for someone who wants to work part time school hours 9.30 - 2.30 Monday to Friday or to work full time from 9-5 Monday to Friday. The commission is easily earned once training is completed taking earnings up to £30k per annum (pro rata for part time of course) Facilities on the business park are exceptional with a subsidised gym, subsidised restaurant and café, on site yoga, great runs around the park, and a nursery too. It is served well by local buses and there is ample free parking available.
