Role Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment Team Leaders Location South Yorkshire/North Nottinghamshire area Company Specialist Recruitment Company with a emphasis on employee wellbeing and excellent profile in the Industry . Role We are working in partnership with a specialist recruitment company specialising in Engineering ,Technical and Professional Services.They have an exceptional reputation for service which is recognised as one of the highest in the Industry .We are looking to recruit at all levels from Recruitment Consultant through to Team Leaders & Managers for their headoffice . Engineering ,Technical and Professional Services is a priority hire and roles are available immediately in the first phase of their recruitment drive.This is by no means the only positions available throughout 2020 . All applications will be considered from recruitment consultants due to the extensive training courses offered .Candidate applications are welcomed from all recruitment sectors both temps and perms as training will be given (including a 12 month fast track management programme for those who are not yet managers but wish to develop their management skills). This means, career progression within the first year for successful Recruiters . The role will consist of maintaining and developing existing clients to their maximum potential and building client rapport. You must be able to establish the customer's requirements from which you can identify suitable candidates for current and prospective business. You will already have experience in recruitment (essential) , preferably with an interest in Engineering ,Technical and Professional Services( not essential). This is a chance to work in a highly motivated team, one that works side by side to ensure cross selling and information sharing as a means of gaining client commitment through exceptionally high standards.
