JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive - Graduate Scheme OVERVIEW TO ROLE: This role is key to the success of Clients Business as the Business Development Executive you will be responsible for bringing in new and repeat business. Your duties will include the following: • Contacting new businesses regarding future recruitment plans • Building relationships with existing clients in order to bring in jobs within teams • Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities in key clients • Selling existing service in an approachable and professional manner • Booking in client meetings with Consultants • Attending client meetings to effectively understand the need of the client • Establishing leads from a variety of methods and effectively chase these to gain business • Follow up the previous contact and track the process of recruitment processes What’s in it for you? SALARY: £18,000-£22,000 bonus scheme (Opportunity to earn £35,000 OTE in your first year) HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Thursday 8:30am-6.00pm Friday- 08:30am-5:30pm HOLIDAY: 22 days plus bank holidays (save 3 days for Christmas) Increases to a maximum of 25 days for every completed year of service served
