Their duties will include the following: Contacting new businesses regarding future recruitment plans Building relationships with existing clients in order to bring in jobs within teams Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities in key clients Selling Robertson Bell’s service in an approachable and professional manner Booking in client meetings with Consultants Attending client meetings to effectively understand the need of the client Establishing leads from a variety of methods and effectively chase these to gain business Follow up previous contact and track the process of recruitment processes Our Training Academy: Our training programme is specifically designed to maximise your skills and encourage you to be the best Recruitment Consultant you can be with a view to you running your own business within a business, whilst giving you the potential to climb the career ladder and manage your own team within 24 months. Your training will be fast paced and highly engaging; a mixture of classroom, practical, project, roleplay and "at desk" training over the first 6-8 weeks of your time at Robertson Bell.
