Their duties will include the following: This fast-paced and target driven will see you: Building strong and long-lasting relationships with a number of new and existing clients Establishing leads from a variety of methods and effectively chase these in order to gain business Selling Robertson Bell as a service in an approachable and professional manner Booking in Client meetings with Consultants Attending Client meetings to effectively understand the need of the client Our Training Academy: Our training programme is specifically designed to maximise your skills and encourage you to be the best Recruitment Consultant you can be with a view to you running your own business within a business, whilst giving you the potential to climb the career ladder and manage your own team within 24 months. Your training will be fast paced and highly engaging; a mixture of classroom, practical, project, roleplay and "at desk" training over the first 6-8 weeks of your time at Robertson Bell.
