They have been operating for over 20 years and specialise in commercial properties. Your new role You will work as a Junior/Graduate Building Surveyor and will work with condition surveys and reports, project management, party wall and dilapidations. This company have a large client where the work is across the Midlands and down to London, and you will work with commercial fit out projects. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally be working towards your APC, and offer some experience in Building surveying work and/or have a degree in Building Surveyor.
