Overview

Long-established nuts/fruits/seeds trading company seeks 2 traders/sales people to join their team. The company has a worldwide network of suppliers and their team have a diverse range of language ability to ease business dealings. Responsibilities: Generate new businesses by identifying new markets and business opportunities. Visit current and potential customers and suppliers. Provide customers with offers. Gather market information and provide feedback to other members of the Trading Department on trends. Negotiate contractual terms and close businesses. Represent the company in exhibitions and other events. Handling Customer Complaints. Giving guidance/advice to Logistics and Agency Team on Customer and supplier Requirements. Skills, Experience and Qualifications - Essential: Successful Sales track record in the same industry or similar Communication skills Confident and determined approach Resilience - ability to overcome rejection Creativity and flexibility Self-motivation and drive Competitive streak Knowledge of Incoterms Skills, Experience and Qualifications - Desired: Intermediate Excel Deep understanding of Incoterms Salary: c£30-55k dependent on experience uncapped commission
