Overview

(Mandarin-speaking) New Homes Sales Consultant needed to join an established London-based international estate agency with a physical office presence in London, Asia, and the Middle East. This is an opportunity for a Mandarin-speaking Sales Consultant with a minimum of 6 - 12 months of experience in residential property sales seeking a move into new home sales; you will be working with major London developers and Chinese property investors. Experience selling residential property in the U.K. is required Fluency in Mandarin is required All travel expenses are paid. A car or driving license is NOT required On Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 Basic Salary: £20,000 or higher (depending on experience) Commissions: 10% up to £100k 15% above £100k Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 6pm Every other Saturday: 10am to 1pm Job Description: Selling new development to investors and end-users in the UK Selling across the whole portfolio of New Homes including units off-plan. Ensure all sales leads are followed up as soon as possible whilst recording all information on the internal system. Strive to achieve all performance targets. Provide a personal, professional and highly efficient service at all times. Develop and apply product knowledge across all new homes stock. Develop and maintain market intelligence and client networking. Demonstrate an efficient ability to work within a team and to work independently. Manage administrative duties and weekly reporting
