Business Development Executive Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 -pa uncapped commission Location: Birmingham/West Midlands Our client has an amazing opportunity for an up and coming sales professional who is looking for progression with an established and well-established Company. The right candidate will receive outstanding development and training with personal mentoring from the senior management team for this role which will be within the Facilities Services Industry. You will play a key role in delivering future growth through securing new and profitable contracts. With a focus on the Cleaning services market, you will deliver proactive sales, relationship building with existing customers, competitive tendering and maximising reactive opportunities, all of which you will be trained in Main Responsibilities: Source and develop profitable new and existing business across the Midlands region Targeting clients across the private and public sector Networking via face to face and social media with potential clients Achieving and exceed individual sales targets reporting directly to the Managing Director Personal Qualities/Skills: Previous experience developing business within a sales environment both face to face and over the telephone Have excellent communication and relationship building skills Must be a self-starter with a passion to develop and grow within an expanding Company Experience of the Facilities Management Industry would be preferred but not essential Have strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
