Overview
Our client, a well-known and successful Estate Agents is looking for an accomplished and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be committed to offering outstanding customer service, a proven track record of generating new business and winning instructions. This role would suit an ambitious and career-minded individual who has aspirations to become a Sales Manager and ultimately a Branch Manager. Local knowledge is very desirable. Responsibilities: Canvassing to generate market appraisals. Undertaking market appraisals and listing properties Generate valuations by canvassing Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face. Registering applicants and greeting customers Progress sales through to completion. Conduct viewings with potential buyers Requirements: Estate agency experience essential Proven track record of winning sales instructions. Proactive and positive approach to business generation. Provide excellent customer service Polite telephone manner Ambitious and career-minded Full UK Driving licence Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM and 1 in 2 Saturdays. Salary/Package: £17,000 - £19,000 depending on experience, with OTE of £35,000.
