RPC Talent is working with a Market Leading SaaS workforce management company. Trading Internationally. We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead the Business Development function. We need someone to lead the team of Business Development Representatives to Identify, Nurture and Qualify revenue opportunities. What you’ll do - Hire, train and manage our London based team of Business Development Representatives Achieve or exceed goals for qualified monthly appointments, monthly deals in the forecast, and annual revenue targets Build strong relationship with field marketing, Business Development Managers and Country Managers across EMEA to build pipeline, plan accounts and qualify and nurture opportunities to ensure higher win rate Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives Manage daily, monthly and quarterly on team performance against targets Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of BDR team process, efficiency, and productivity You Are You have a passion for building quality pipeline for sales You have an appetite for hiring, coaching, motivating and leading teams You are committed to a high standard or integrity and work ethic You are a people person that can build high-performing teams You have solid communication, organization and time management skills You are proficient with management and reporting activities in CRM Salesforce You thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience working in selling enterprise software You will need to collaborate in the family environment the client has created, no ego’s, just collaborative working, and joined-up thinking - to drive the business forward.
