Overview

I am looking for an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Executive to work with my client in Sale. This is a permanent role with a growing and thriving organisation with excellent prospects and earning potential. The role will involve dealing with new business Insurance quotes and converting them, this is not a cold calling role this is a role where you will be answering calls and carrying through the call structure also duties below. v Communicate professionally with customers ensuring they are treated fairly by providing impartial information on bike and van insurance and insurance related products over the phone v Follow scripts to ensure accuracy and consistency of all information recorded from and given to our customers over the phone v Adhere to detailed internal procedures to ensure accurate maintenance of client records v Meet individual daily, weekly and monthly KPI and quality targets by delivering great customer outcomes v Embrace the company culture, policies and procedures v Accurately and compliantly complete and maintain all customer records If you feel this role would be of interest to you, you must posses a good standard of education have good questing and listening skills with the ability to negotiate and close sales. Insurance Knowledge would be highly advantageous. Working hours are between the hours of 8.00 - 6.30 so earliest start 8.00am latest finish is 6.30 - Shifts patterns are 9.00- 5.00, 8.00- 4.30 or 10.00 - 6.30. There will also be 2 Saturday morning a month so half a day in the week if you work a Saturday morning. Alternatively you can be paid as overtime
