Overview

Business Development Executive (Sales) Location: UK Sales team based in Milton Keynes, Bucks Salary: Basic up to £27,000 depending in experience OTE commission £20,000. However, commission accelerators available and commission is uncapped. Examples of what our Business Development Executive (Sales) will do: This is a fast paced role with huge variety and some of the activities include: - Talk all day to clients. This is a telephone based role where we you will spend most of your day talking to clients. When you are not talking to them you will be communicating to them via email. - Building relationships. You will need to build relationships with clients and with colleagues to be truly successful. - Deal with incoming enquiries. Most of this role will be dealing with incoming enquiries from our website, your colleagues and our customers. However there will be occasions where prospecting will be required. - Offering solutions that work. To position the best products you’ll need to get to know your clients by thorough questioning. This high level of information will enable you to build a solution from our portfolio to genuinely impact on their business. Requirements for the Business Development Executive (Sales) position: We are open to hiring candidates with different sales backgrounds, experiences, and skills. However, there are a few non-negotiable traits that any successful candidate will possess. - Sales experience. You will receive excellent induction training over several weeks, but you need to have a background in sales. Experience of prospecting is desirable, but not essential. - Desire to learn. Do you want to learn about sales and how to be incredibly successful, whilst making a real difference to your customers? You must have a hunger to improve and the ability to learn new skills. - You are organised. This is a fast paced role with a mix of proactive and reactive activities. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure. - You are hardworking and passionate about the material. Genuine hard work is needed to achieve challenging targets, but the rewards are great.
