Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced telesales executive to move to a growing business. Based in South Brent we have supplied specialised products to the building industry for over 30 years. We are only one of 6 companies in the world in our field and we deal with the leading architectural practices and contractors worldwide. Our products are installed in airports, stadiums, mass transit systems and shopping centres throughout the world. You will be part of a dynamic team and as part of that team you will generate leads through making initial and follow up calls to both existing and new potential customers to build and reinforce brand awareness as part of a targeted marketing campaign. You will need be driven, have exceptional telephone skills and persuasive nature to: Develop and manage a sales pipeline while contacting prospects through outbound and inbound sales calls daily, generating new business opportunities and effectively expand the business. Develop an understanding of markets and feedback intelligence and insights gained through interactions with prospects. Monitor and report sales activity within our Customer Relationship management (CRM) system to facilitate a streamlined sales process. You do not need previous construction/engineering experience, although this would be advantageous, we are looking for the drive, personality and hunger from someone who wants to succeed. Full time office Hours - Monday to Friday (39 hours) Salary £17,000 - £19,500 depending on experience.
