They are now recruiting an experienced Telesales Manager to inspire and lead an established Internal Sales Team of 10. What the Area Sales Manager role involves ; Working from modern and spacious office surroundings in the West Midlands, you will have full autonomy and responsibility for a team of 10 Telesales/Internal Sales Executives, dealing with both inbound and outbound calls. This is a Leadership role, with the scope to influence and change culture, operations and strategy. We are looking for an individual with the gravitas and confidence to inspire success in others, challenge both upwards and downwards, and to create a step-change in behaviours if required. Whilst you will not have an individual target, you will be expected to lead from the front, and to be hands on when needed. Therefore we are looking for someone who has had their own proven success in Sales and fully understands the sales process. The role will include: Ensuring your team maximise account spend by actively promoting all product ranges Providing informal coaching and formal training sessions for the Team to improve their sales skills Managing customer complaints Recruitment & Induction of new Team Members Tracking and analysing buying trends Adopting process improvements which increase efficiency and revenue Ensure that Team KPI's are met Spotting individual skill gaps and addressing in a positive manner Plan and prioritise daily/weekly activities and resources What can our client offer you?
