Thier local hygiene technicians deliver innovative solutions for washroom hygiene, floorcare, water management and commercial kitchens. The business understands how important it is to deliver the right solutions at the right time; to keep clients ticking over with a hygienic, safe and healthy for all staff and visitors. Over the last 40 years, they have managed to build a wide client network in Gyms and Hotels sector. The Role As the Regional Sales Manager for the West Midlands, you will be responsible for managing and growing a team fof Field Sales Executives across the region, through effective management and leadership. Working closely with the senior management and leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the sales strategy in line with company objectives. Key duties will include Achieve growth and realise sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design, implement and achieve the strategic sales plan and KPI’s Coach, develop, set objectives and monitor the performance of the sales team. Efficient coordination and management of strategic customer accounts, maximising all opportunities for sales at this level Identify emerging markets and new sectors while being fully aware of new products and competition status Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by adopting a partnering approach, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs Lead / assist with large or complex negotiations Compile and present sales reports to senior management/leadership team The Candidate The successful candidate will posses A background in Field Sales ideally from within a product led enviroment A successful track record in sales management and leadership, of an external sales team Experience of critically assessing sales processes and procedures, ensuring they are fit for purpose and efficient A track record of achievement in annual order intake Excellent communication skills with a logical, analytical and strategical approach to growing, retaining existing business, and winning new business across industries High work ethic whilst being extremely driven, working with urgency, with a will to win This is a fantastic role, please apply below.
