Business Development Executive Outskirts of Leeds City Centre - Easily accessible with great transport links Monday - Friday £21,000 - £24,000 Due recent expansion CCTV Direct have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to be based out of our modern and tech savvy offices on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre. We specialise in providing technically superior outstanding components that deliver uncompromising performance in the most cost-effective way possible. The Job Focusing on customer experience to maximise sales opportunities Pursue opportunities to generate Prospects, Enquiries, Quotes and convert to Orders Obtain feedback on lost enquiries to improve performance and offering Develop Customer Relationships - Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base Identify Business Development opportunities Provide competitive quotes to maximise commercial advantage Liaise with Warehouse for lead times and production updates Monitor competitors to define the risks and opportunities Ensure Sales processes are Fit for Purpose and fully adhered to Compile, report and analyse sales figures Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales target Maintain CRM and data files/records as required for future reference Develop and maintain Price Lists within a Pricing Strategy Improve customer experience Collect customer feedback and market research Assist with all aspects of campaigns, including mailshots, promotions, gifts and events; to enhance the awareness of the business and products Positively interact and maintain relationships with key suppliers/consultants Contribute effectively to team meetings The Person Previous experience in a similar role, or the desire to learn Tenacious attitude Ability to learn and converse about technical subjects IT System savvy Honest and credible Attitude - mature and professional at all times Looking for a long-term position The Benefits Excellent basic salary Commission/Bonus Structure Excellent working hours Monday to Thursday (08:30-17:30) Friday (08:30-17:00) 22days holiday plus stats (rising to 25) Pension scheme If this sounds like the role for you, please apply via the link on this advert or send your CV and Cover letter in to alexcleverlittlead. com.
