Operations Manager / Campaign Manager (Contact Centre - Sales) Location: Sheffield Basis: Full time, permanent Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum plus generous bonus (to £750 pcm) - OTE £44,000 The role We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Campaign Manager / Client Services Manager to join a rapidly growing outsourcer based in Sheffield. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a business where you can really make your mark and get yourself noticed. You'll be given the responsibility to run multiple campaigns, liaising with clients and key stakeholders and being given the support you need to lead your teams to success. With substantial experience managing sales campaigns within a call centre environment, the ideal candidate will be an established leader with demonstrable experience in managing client service delivery and campaign management. You'll have a passion for leading others, combined with the commercial awareness to deliver and overachieve on business targets. You'll be responsible for managing multiple client campaigns so the ability to manage expectations and push back where appropriate is essential. Campaigns include both B2B and B2C so we are open to candidates from either background, however you must be able to demonstrate substantial experience in managing sales campaigns within a contact centre environment.
