Overview
Are you a proven leader with demonstrable experience of engaging and motivating teams? Do you have a strong customer focus and ensure that good customer service is consistently delivered? If so, we want to hear from you Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking for a Head of Operations for our Build to Rent Portfolio to take responsibility for the strategic development of our service offering, along with the management of day to day operations. You will drive the exceptional resident experience, create and manage vibrant communities whilst developing our USPs within the Build to Rent segment, continuously improving the service to set us apart from our competitors. You will be the lead point of contact for our Clients and oversee our portfolio of schemes; drive performance to achieve Gross to Net expectations, ensure policies and procedures meet statutory expectations and ensure our delivery model complies with the Facilities Management Agreement. To succeed in this role… You’ll be a driven, enthusiastic and committed leader who has proven management experience, gained within a customer facing environment. You will hold a Lettings and Residential Property Management qualification (recognised by ARLA) and will have excellent networking and leadership skills. You will have experience of working in the Lettings and Management industry, preferably within Build to Rent and will have strong commercial awareness; with the ability to set and drive the business strategy and KPI’s. A focus on customer service, quality and results is paramount, as is an understanding of Health & Safety and best practice. We also ask that you are extremely organised to allow you to effectively plan and organise your own and team’s workload and have exceptional communication skills with the ability to demonstrate creditability in your area of responsibility. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility and the willingness to travel to meet the operational needs of the business is a must.
