Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and personable full-time telephone-based Appointment Booker to join our specialist Insurance Broking client at their busy, but friendly Bristol office. This role is critical to the business meeting their challenging new business targets and is therefore a very important role in the team. The successful candidate will take personal responsibility for achieving appointment booking targets, ensuring that the sales team have and agreed number of quotes booked sent over to them. You will work closely with the sales team to tailor your approach to the different markets to achieve optimum results. Experience and Skills Strong communication skills Ability to overcome objections Driven and ambitious Microsoft Office skills Personable and able to build relationships Previous experience in either a sales environment and/or contact centre would be advantageous On offer are a competitive salary, a monthly bonus scheme, an excellent benefits package including 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and an opportunity to grow within a leading insurance intermediary.
