SALES PROGRESSOR - NO WEEKENDS MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM to 5PM- GENEROUS BONUS SCHEME Our client offers a unique service to Estate Agents and IFAs across the country. Rapid growth means that they now require another Sales Progression Administrator to join their established team based in Pontefract. The role would suit candidates who have experience in Estate Agency, Conveyancing or Mortgages. Basic salary £17k - £18k (negotiable DOE) and OTE in the region of £24k SALES PROGRESSOR JOB DESCRIPTION Facilitating sales through to completion including all administrative parts of the process Communicating with Solicitors, Estate Agents and their customers, ensuring everyone involved is frequently updated on progress Preparing regular reports, updating on progress of various property sales Working as part of a fast-paced, proactive team Maintaining and building relationships with clients Delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity SALES PROGRESSOR PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience working within Estate Agency / Conveyancing / Mortgages or similar Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail A team focus and proactive approach Excellent Organisation and Administrative skills A high standard of customer care JS Recruitment UK Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
