Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager with a fast-growing, award winning Accountancy firm with offices in Birmingham and Worcestershire. This organically grown company has a great reputation for providing excellent Accountancy and Tax services to the small to medium size enterprise businesses across the UK. The predominant responsibility in the role will be focused on generating and managing new business pipeline, as well as prospecting existing clients around the businesses expanding portfolio of services. The position will be working within the sales team, supported by the Directors and other Senior members of the management team. The Role : • Identify and actively generate new business Create and follow up on sales campaigns Produce accurate sales reports and forecasts Follow up on generated leads Manage own diary and pipeline Achieve profit target per month Sell the full range of services offered by the company Have a proven background in Sales of Professional Services Proven track record in generating new sales opportunities Good knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to completion of a deal Ability to pitch & present the full product offering either over the phone or in person Some high-level technical understanding of the services provided would be advantageous
