Overview
Property Manager - Camberwell £30,000 - £40,000 Office hours are 10am-7pm Mon-Thurs and 9am-6pm on a Friday (no Saturdays as standard, but very occasionally required if cover is required) Our client is a successful and rapidly expanding company who are looking for talented individuals to join their team. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead a team of four Property Managers, overseeing all aspects of the department’s operations. Training new staff, complaint handling and reporting directly to the Company Directors. Candidates must have a strong track record within Property Management and experience supervising a team. MAIN DUTIES: Dealing with repair and maintenance issues for managed properties Liaising with our landlord clients Booking contractors and arranging access to properties Carrying out property inspections and compiling inspection reports for landlord clients Assisting with referencing of new tenants Drafting tenancy agreements and other tenancy documentation Processing the renewal of existing tenancies Handling deposit dispute negotiations Assisting the Branch Managers & Lettings team REQUIRED SKILLS: Previous experience in a property management role Self-motivated Fluent in English and excellent communication skills Excellent organisational and IT skills. The ability to be resilient and calm under pressure is vital The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise well. Must have a full driving Licence Training new staff Complaint handling Reporting directly to the Company Directors.
