Job Title: Telesales Executive Salary: £17,000 - £20,000 a year OTE £30,000 ( non-capped Commission available) Location: Chelmsford CM3 - Due to office location I would advise it would be better for you to drive (Unless your willing to commute). My Client is looking for an internal sales person (with at least 1 year experience). You will be reporting directly to the head of sales, the ideal candidate should have a good phone manner, confidence & strong communication skills. KEY TASKS - Needs to be a keen, confident and eager to learn - Good telephone manner - An ability to maximise sales - Source new leads for future Business - Be able to work under pressure - Be able to recognise new sales opportunities - An aptitude for customer Service - Able to deal with quotations and orders - Be able to retain sales and generate new ones - To develop a professional relationship with customers over the phone - Source new leads for future Business - Process orders promptly and in the correct manner - Contact customers if orders are not going to be fulfilled within the prescribed time - Be aware of personal and professional standards required - Customer follow up care - Have a pricing awareness
