The firm contacts every UK household at least once a week on behalf of the some of the best known and influential global brands. The Role Reporting to the Client Development Director, as a Channel Development Consultant your role is to generate and qualify new business leads for the sales and new business team through research and development. Focusing on the various digital services: digital design, build and distribution, e-documents and portals, campaign reporting, marketing automation and digital transformation, you will qualify new business via high volumes of cold calling. Achieving targets set for new business leads and qualification, you will collect and analyse data on customer demographics, needs and buying habits to identify potential factors affecting product demand. You will prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. Additionally you will comply with all relevant training along with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and its associated policies. The requirements A driven self-starter you should have 2 years' sales / business development experience preferably gained with one of the following: - Data focused multi-channel agencies - E-broadcasters - Marketing / Digital Agencies You should have a good understanding of the data environment, multi-channel marketplace, analytics and consultancy. With the ability to think strategically you will be familiar with maximising clients' data. Proficient in Microsoft Excel you will have experience of CRM system- Salesforce preferred.
