Senior Account Manager - Engineering Recruitment Salary £35,000 - £45,000 commission Car Allowance Benefits Location: Milton Keynes Shorterm Group is one of the leading and most established brands (1972) for the recruitment and training of technical skilled engineers in the UK. We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Senior Account Manager to be based on site with our client in Milton Keynes. Our client is a major manufacturing firm and have ongoing requirements for senior engineers and technical trades both on a contract and permanent basis. You will have strong Account Management skills whether through previous experience or a passion for building strong customer relationships in order to take control of the relationships on site where you will; Effectively build relationships with a variety of existing and new decision makers across every level Source and provide strong candidates for the live vacancies and effectively manage the candidate process Identify any areas of improvement with the client, and help put these improvements in place Attend planning meetings with the client to pro actively react to demands Implement innovative solutions to enable our client to maximise our service offering As a Senior Account Manager, you will be commercially focused, with a proven track record and be able to demonstrate; Relationship building Networking Excellent time management and organization skills Great interpersonal skills Adding value within a large customer network Key attributes we seek: A smart, presentable individual with very a positive outgoing personality.
