Overview
Our client based in Aldershot is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their friendly team . Responsbilities will include: Prepare quotations by modifying templates and adding input from Sales Team Shape each quote, with assistance from Sales Team, to ensure they are seen as 'bespoke' Be focused on improving quotes, learning from past submission, other internal and external developments and ideas Complete pre-tender questionnaire using information stored in the extensive bid library Prepare PowerPoint presentations Make up folders for current tenders working on and contracts won Update Bid Planner Work closely with the sales team to win new business
