Internal Technical Sales - HVAC - Aldershot This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading, Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical products business who are part of an impressive £600 million turnover distribution group. Their growing business in Aldershot is looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Salesperson to join their dynamic team and contribute to their success. Role Responsibilities As an Internal Salesperson, you will be developing and maintaining relationships with the business’ well-established client base. Your responsibilities will include: Achieving targets through speaking with customers over the phone and email Managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities and maximising profitability Dealing with incoming sales enquiries Working closely with the external sales team Providing excellent customer service and cementing the company’s status as the supplier of choice Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience within either the HVAC, plumbing or heating market Excellent communication and sales skills Ambition, confidence and self-motivation Rewards As an Internal Technical Salesperson, you will receive Your cut of the company's profits in the form of an uncapped annual bonus The opportunity to progress with the business Optional membership of the excellent company pension scheme
