Are you seeking a busy Mortgage Advisor job in South East London? This mortgage brokerage currently is receiving more leads on a weekly basis than they can handle, as such they are looking to recruit motivated Mortgage Advisors to join their team With a number of independent estate agents across South East London choosing to refer mortgage business to this brokerage, they are receiving active enquiries on a weekly basis. As such, they would be able to provide you with minimum 3 leads a week. However, due to high business volumes, the brokerage is not able to fully utilise the estate agency introducers, so the lead volume could increase considerably, if you are able to be regularly present in the branches and encourage the teams. In addition to the regular new enquiries, the mortgage brokerage has a backlog of clients awaiting service, which you could immediately benefit from Mortgage Advisor Requirements You must be a current Mortgage Advisor with CAS and 1 years advising experience You must be a motivated and driven individual with desire to maximise opportunities You must have a full driving licence and own vehicle You must be flexible and willing to go the extra mile to meet clients at their convenience The Company This small, mortgage brokerage is incredibly busy with a high volume of enquiries being received. They have excellent growth plans and can accommodate Mortgage Advisors in South East London who are keen to be part of their journey.
