Store Manager, NEW Premium footwear brand, London We at Elite Associates are excited to be working with a premium footwear brand for the first UK STORE in the heart of London. Our client originated as an online business and now expanding, opening their first ever boutique very soon They are well known for their craftsmanship, using different exotic materials for their footwear designs, catering to men, women and children. We are currently seeking an experienced, personable and driven Supervisor who has an interest in working for footwear. You will be supporting the sales team to drive KPI's and maximise profit opportunities for the store. You will be accountable for supporting all members of your team within the store and this position will require you to train, coach and develop colleagues to ensure that all Company procedures and standards are adhered to. You will inspire and lead teams to deliver a high standard of customer service and demonstrate the values of the brand. Have ability to identify areas and opportunities for improvement in product ranges and maximise commercially across the business.
