Overview
POST Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic Yorkshire based client with a wealth of experience in the Private Medical Protection Insurance offering coporate and individual clients across the UK. The company have seen considerable growth and interest recently and as a result of this are looking to meet Business Development Managers across the Yorkshire area to help with their growth plans. As a non for profit organisation they are very keen on giving back to the community and donate a considerable amount of their profit to organisations across the UK. The Role: - To drive new business in the employer/corporate paid health care cash plans - To develop the The North of the UK with a strong focus on the Yorkshire area - To be able to work autonomously, and generate own leads - Manage your diary accordingly to maximise new business opportunities - Be able to gain knowledge and report on competitor activity Key Attributes: - Have a strong Background in Business Development ideally within the Health Cash Plan industry or a related industry - Proven track record of selling into all levels within a business including C-Level - Proven track record of selling into SME's as well large Blue Chip clients Package: - Basic Salary up to £35,000 - Un capped commission structure - Company Car
