Overview
Sales Executive Location: Poole, Dorset Salary: £25K per annum (plus up to £75 OTE, commission) Hours: 37 hours per week: Mon-Thurs 9am - 5.30pm, Fri 9am - 5pm Contract: Permanent, full time Oak Innovation is committed to helping organisations communicate better through technology. Our products include recording, reporting and integration tools for improved call management, hassle-free compliance and better customer experience. With 30 years in the industry, we have a proven track record and solid customer base. We’re currently looking for a 'Closer’ to join our ambitious and driven Sales team. We want someone with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys the thrill of the chase. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, talking to people, and have an interest in technology. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, bringing energy, initiative and a passion to succeed to their role. This role includes both office and field work, as you partner closely with the rest of the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and close opportunities. Key responsibilities: • Being highly responsive in order to minimize lead to revenue timescales • Building relationships with resellers and prospects over the phone and in person • Discovering customer requirements • Delivering online/in person demonstrations and quotations • Working to agreed metrics • Maintaining accurate customer records Experience & Qualifications: Essential • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to take the initiative and be flexible • Capacity to learn about our portfolio and propositions • Good numeracy and verbal reasoning skills • Computer literate: Microsoft Office, CRM/database, internet • Valid driving licence Desirable • 5 GCSE/O levels including Maths and English • 2years’ experience of working in frontline B2B environment • Excellent presentation skills • Experience working with CRM systems, ideally SalesForce • Experience working as part of a high performing team • Knowledge of the ICT industry and go-to-market models Benefits: Oak is an amazing place to work.
