Office Angels are working with an established IFA firm to recruit a Property Consultant with a degree to join their successful team in Leicester. The role will handle the purchase (not sales) of properties and may be suited to an Estate Agent looking for their next career move as this will be a company that will evolve as will the role, you will be working as part of a small niche team where there will manage your own time Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00) As the Property Consultant you must have the following: A degree-level Property Consultant with demonstrable experience advising clients with real-estate decisions. You will have a professional, respectful and friendly demeanour and be able to demonstrate a client-first attitude. The role would suit an estate agent looking for their next steps. Your role as the Property Consultant will include: To meet with prospective buyers and offer advice on property-purchase decisions. To travel and assess properties for sale. Undertaking market research on behalf of the company and clients. Paying attention to market trends, demographics and other information that affects the buying and selling process. Meeting and discussing client's needs. Communicating clearly so that clients understand the information given. Assisting with finance concerns and answering any questions about the buying process. Preparing documents involved in the buying/selling process. Identify the most feasible, cost-effective approach to help clients achieve their objectives Once appointed the benefits will include: In return, you will be working with a professional and established financial services company that is keen to progress and develop its staff.
