Overview

Ever wondered how skyscrapers like The Shard get built? Disperse uses AI and computer vision to revolutionise the construction of iconic buildings around the world. Over the past year, our four offices (London (HQ), New York, Sarajevo, and Yerevan) have joined forces to build a product and service that our customers love. Having just raised a Series A funding round, we’re kickstarting a new stage of global growth and are looking to build a team to help drive the next phase of our journey. Come join Disperse a creative, conscientious, and proudly diverse community of AI researchers, software engineers, architects, and designers dedicated to helping build the skylines of tomorrow Your Role We’re looking for someone versatile and entrepreneurial who is excited at the prospect of building a high-growth AI venture in a new country: an imaginative tinkerer who thrives wearing multiple hats and seeks out adventurous challenges. Specifically, we’re looking for individuals keen on bringing the Disperse platform to new markets around the world from Continental Europe to China, Japan, and beyond. We’d like to hire someone who can tackle problems across a variety of roles: from strategic growth initiatives, product design and business development, to analytics, project management and operations. If you’re eager to learn and aren’t afraid to dive straight into new challenges, then this role is a great opportunity to grow and develop a multidisciplinary skill-set as part of a world-class team. You will learn about all areas of the business and will be expected to contribute in every area, as we all do. Working alongside our founding team, you will have a lot of ownership from day one, and will experience firsthand what it takes to scale up an AI startup. You will receive regular mentoring from different members of the team to make your experience at Disperse the best it can be. This is an opportunity to join in at the start of something new and if we find a mutual fit after the internship, we’ll happily convert you to an equitable full-time position. Some of the work that you might be doing includes: Conducting market and customer research for our market expansion and product development. Designing and launching growth hacking experiments to drive business development, forge industry relationships and grow our on-demand platforms. Supporting the business development team in developing pitches and communicating our value proposition to prospective and existing customers. Supporting the pricing team in analysing prospective projects and preparing quotes. Designing and launching prototype experiments, gather and observe customer feedback and iterate to move towards expanding value for our customers. Operationalising our project, product, and sales processes. Streamlining internal operations and OKR tracking.
