We are hiring a Growth Manager to take over day to day management of our Paid Social campaigns to take the work and success we've had in this area to the next level. This role will suit someone who has experience building best in class acquisition campaigns on Facebook assets from the ground up, isn't afraid to get their hands dirty but also has the strategic capacity to see the bigger picture and drive profitable growth. What you will be doing: Strategic: Defining the metrics that we optimise against, and then delivering those metrics as OKRs. Work with the Growth Director to monitor CPA/CAC targets and assess end to end performance. Manage the pipeline, tests & strategic initiatives for Numan's Paid Social campaigns. Launch new products released by Numan into the Social market creating profitable new acquisition channels. Assist in training junior staff to relieve some of the workload on yourself. Ideate new creative directions and align to the existing brand where performance would not be compromised. Operational: Take end to end responsibility for Numan's Paid Social campaigns, both brand and non-brand terms. Implement a best in class account structure and continue to drive down social CPA's across acquisition and retargeting. Continuously implementing new tests on all categories, optimising against a number of metrics. Launch new products into market. Manage the production of new creative, balancing internal and external results to get the best performance possible. Creating a best in class analytics suite with all our performance metrics available as and when we need them. Requirements 2+ years of Paid Social experience, either in-house or agency-side, specifically focused on acquisition. Expert knowledge of the Facebook platform, audience strategy, account structures, bidding etc.. Highly numerate - not afraid of tackling large datasets and creating meaningful insights. A curious mindset - you want to understand how things work and how you can improve them. A self-motivated and organised attitude.
