Job Description
On behalf of Vubiquity, you will be responsible for the coordination and processing of video on demand content, schedules, metadata and images for publishing to the TV, online and mobile platforms of our English speaking clients based in Asia. Purpose of the Job To ensure the timely preparation and delivery of content and associated assets to designated services within the Client Services team. Main Responsibilities (may vary according to client) + Publishing of content, metadata, image and related asset files to client in a timely manner in line with deadlines set and restrictions laid down by customer platforms + Monitoring of asset progress through various stages - media ordering, transcoding, product and metadata creation, image creation - ensuring all stages are completed on time + Liaison with in-house traffic, media, ingest and production teams in relation to above mentioned stages + Coordination and processing of the client schedule + Coordinating input of schedule details into workflow management system to initiate all workflows related to the processing of content and related metadata and images + Creation of assets and input of metadata into the Content Management System, VZ (when required) + To remedy faults/issues where appropriate + Support of client operations, including reacting to incidents when and as they occur through to resolution Other + Point of contact for problems and issues + Trouble shooting + To provide cover for other department members + Input into development and improvement of processes + Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested by Service Supervisor or Manager EXPERIENCE REQUIRED + Experience of working within a VOD or broadcast environment + Experience of working with TV/music/film content and assets + Experience of working to deadlines, often with a tight turnaround period + Knowledge of content management systems + Degree level education + Experience with common office applications (such as MS Word, MS Excel) SKILLS REQUIRED + Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills + Excel proficiency advantageous INNATE ABILITIES + Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines + Ability to make clear decisions + Must work well within a team as well as on own initiative + Thorough planner + Articulate + Pays attention to detail + Confident + Quick Learner PERSONALITY + Positive and flexible attitude + Reliable + A good team player + Energetic and positive in approach ID: 2019-2683 External Company URL: www.vubiquity.com Street: 3 More London
