Job Description
UrbanThings are looking for a unique, multi-talented individual to act as Customer Success and Delivery Manager for Ticketless, our smart ticketing platform and app thats powering thousands of journeys every day and delighting transport operators with game-changing passenger analytics. Youll relish the opportunity of having a foot in both the commercial and product teams within a dynamic, growing business. Youre a natural organiser, competent multi-tasker and able to articulate complex concepts, with the ability to build great relationships with customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, youll work with customers from the moment they sign a contract, right through to product delivery and beyond. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of delivering our product, organising key project management meetings and liaising with key stakeholders to track progress. Liaise with CEO and Product Manager to understand product strategy and roadmap. Conduct regular customer check-ins to ensure satisfaction, communicate product roadmap, manage expectations and build strong ongoing relationships. Evaluate and enumerate customer requirements and report back to Product Manager. Some management of end-user support requests within a ticketed system. Create and maintain technical backlog within an Agile development team Requirements Requirements Degree-level education or equivalent. 2+ years relevant previous experience including customer-facing responsibilities Proven ability to manage projects with successful outcomes Commitment to continuous self-improvement Excellent communication skills A technical background would be a significant plus, as would any consumer/customer-facing experience.
