Job Description

Under the supervision of the Head of Production, Executive Creative Director, Creative Director, Directior of Operations; the Producer ensures proper management of the projects under his or her responsibility. S/he is in charge of maximizing project management results through optimal resource management - human, physical and material - overseeing the adherence to and where appropriate, improvement of: processes, procedures and work methods in collaboration with the team; while facilitating the implementation of new ways of doing things. SUPERVISE PROJECT OPERATIONS: Ensures that projects start on time, with the required resources (material and human) and resolve and communicate any conflicts to the appropriate people; Clarify processes and procedures for managing projects and coordination in cases where these are unclear and improve them in due time; Efficiently make use of each team member's talents and skills - suggest reallocation improvements etc as appropriate Hold individual meetings to transmit and gather information, give feedback, find solutions, discuss resource performance, etc; Document and update project files. MANAGE HUMAN RESOURCES ACCORDING TO HR POLICIES AND STUIDO PROCEDURES: Sourcing Freelance Talent Hold team meetings to kick off projects, guide performances, announce changes, promote useful project-oriented values, share results, find solutions, etc.; Ensure that new employees are well integrated into the team and informed of their conditions and work environment; Apply internal policies and improve them in due time; Keep employees motivated and involved; MANAGE PROJECT: CLIENT FACING: Advise and inform clients during each project; Manage projects according to project management procedures including the preparation, planning, follow-up, control and post-mortem of projects; Regularly analyze project management results based on production reports and methodology and management indicators - budget, deadline; Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Post-Production/Motion Graphics/VFX preferred Gifted in interpersonal communication; Minimum of three (2) years' experience in team and/or project management; Administration/management or project management training; Masters the quality assurance principles and approaches used in the video game industry (asset); Capable of identifying clients' needs and providing recommendations accordingly; Capable of managing operational and human performance including establishing an objective, an action plan, a follow-up and means for improvement; Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.);
