Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** We are hiring a Regional Media Channel Planning Manager, EMEA to join the Reserve Media team, part of Facebook's AR/VR Marketing organization. The team is responsible for communications planning, paid media strategy and execution for all consumer-facing, Facebook AR/VR campaigns within EMEA. The role reports into the Global Media Strategy Lead, Portal. The role is based in London but may require regular travel to Menlo Park (Facebook HQ). The role will be new to the team and ARVR. They will be tasked with helping to build out the EMEA Media footprint of the future. You will be expected to have strong ties back to the team in MPK to ensure consistency where relevant, and sharing back of local market insight. **Required Skills:** 1. Development and execution of all EMEA consumer facing campaigns supporting Facebook AR/VR. Ensuring that campaigns align with the global strategy, business objectives, incorporate industry innovation, measurement and leverage appropriate channels across both digital and traditional 2. Work with Decision Science (our internal analytics team) and Insights to develop audience definition and insights, the campaign learning agenda and measurement plan. Post campaign to evaluate the performance and to share learnings to further our understanding of the true incremental impact of our investments 3. Collaborating with our media & production agencies to develop the strategy, plan and oversee the execution 4. Aligning with the central CPMI Center of Excellence team to create and implement global best practices, media investment plans, channel strategies and joint business partnerships with strategically important partners (publishers, broadcasters etc) 5. Build strong relationships and ensure alignment across the global Facebook media team, including but not limited to: the Reserve Media Planning Lead, AR/VR and other CPMI country managers and leads 6. Build strong cross-functional relationships across the International and central marketing teams, Decision Science, Insights, Creative and relevant sales teams **Minimum Qualifications:** 7. Experience in media planning and campaign execution, either within an agency or within a client organization 8. Experience working in data-driven environments 9. Experience presenting to project stakeholders and leadership 10. Experience navigating cross-functional teams and dynamics 11. Experience representing and advocating for team objectives across varying levels of stakeholders 12. Knowledge of current trends and innovation in media, tracking, analytics and research 13. Experience pulling insights from data and tell a story using those insights 14. Experiencing leading multiple full funnel media strategies from inception to launch 15. Experience communicating in the role of individual channels vs. how channels complement each other in a plan 16. Knowledge of testing scenarios/methodology (i.e. A/B testing online and matched market testing offline) and the benefits and drawbacks of testing **Preferred Qualifications:** 17. Experience working within a team in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment 18. Ability to communicate and work effectively with people who have varying levels of expertise 19. Ability to pull runs from MRI, Kantar or Simmons 20. Experience building a thorough competitive analysis 21.
