Our team is made up of a number of specialists and generalists with skills spanning: copywriting, behavioural psychology, user research, analytics, UX design, front end development, and project management. We've delivered results for clients ranging from one-person lead generation sites to the likes of Citrix, The Guardian, and Facebook. ABOUT THE ROLE This role is for candidates with some previous experience working in digital optimisation or digital marketing. You will work closely with our experienced consulting team across a wide range of the agency's clients. Providing support and learning as much as you can from our consultants and project managers about how to develop, manage and deliver a conversion optimisation strategy and experimentation roadmap. This is a huge opportunity to learn from Conversion's 12+ years of experience in conversion optimisation and get on a fast track to becoming a Conversion Consultant across an exciting group of clients. PRIMARY PURPOSE To focus on tactical delivery of conversion strategy and account support, whilst learning about conversion strategy and client strategy from more experienced conversion consultants. Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Client Support: working across up to six client accounts to support Senior, Lead, and Conversion Consultants; * Support the consultant and wider team to enable test delivery. * Lead the delivery of individual tests with support from consultants. * Decipher & define the best execution in order to test a given hypothesis * Write test plans to document the details of the concept, to ensure a common understanding of the test across the delivery team (developer, designer, project manager) and the client * Lead the internal Kick Off meeting for experiments and help manage feedback from both the internal team & the client, to ensure an appropriate solution for all parties. * Complete research/insight projects to identify problems with the conversion rate of client websites through quant and qual research. * Create test concepts to address issues identified in quant and qual research and use your conversion knowledge to create effective solutions. * Analyse and evaluate experiments - reporting on results and follow-up test ideas. * Provide input and feedback for the senior consultants on client optimisation strategy. * Provide holiday cover and support for consultants as required. * Learning: Absorb as much knowledge about CRO, experimentation strategy, client management and user research as possible. This will help you to progress over time towards the ultimate goal of taking on your own clients and becoming a Conversion Consultant. As part of this journey you should expect feedback from the team & seek it out actively. You should be vigilant in filling in any knowledge gaps and staying on top of industry trends. * Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the rest of the consulting team and your delivery team to deliver quality work in a time effective manner. Look for opportunities to support your team and help things run as smoothly as possible.You should be ready to provide feedback on strategies & ideas and be an active member. This could involve things such as contributing your ideas in meetings - whether we are brainstorming new client experiments based on data, or trying to optimise our internal processes! SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Client management: Developing your client-facing skills on weekly calls and face to face meetings, supporting the Senior Consultant in providing insights & recommendations to clients. Working with your line manager toward taking on management of your first client with support and regular feedback from one of our experienced Lead Consultants. * Sales & Marketing: work with Sales and Marketing team to develop content for marketing efforts and deliver quant and qual research for new business opportunities.
