Hi there, Thank you for taking a look at the job description for UX/UI Designer at Genie AI! About Genie AI Were backed by world class investors, the same behind Citymapper, Typeform and Charlie HR, as well as leaders from Goldman Sachs, FitnessFirst and Microsoft. Our advisory board also includes leading professors in machine learning and computer science as well Lord Neuberger, who is the former President of the Supreme Court in the UK. Were a research-led machine learning and NLP company based in the Barclays Eagle Lab Incubator in Notting Hill, London. Our mission is to give lawyers access to knowledge. We have built SuperDrafter - an AI-assisted drafting editor that enables lawyers to draft and negotiate better contracts. We were created out of Entrepreneur First in November 2017 and have been growing since. So far we are a team of 14 incredibly talented and fun Genies from 7 countries split across Business and Technology. Requirements About you You're passionate about technology and interested in taking part in a machine learning product. You want a fun role that fulfils your dreams. You have strong experience working as a UX designer, UX researcher or UI designer. You have worked on Web Application design. You have demonstrable experience with CSS. You preferably have expertise with Sketch, Figma or Moqups. You are familiar with Web Material design. You have a strong understanding of user psychological behaviour and have an eye for creating beautiful and intuitive modern application designs. Youre keen to work independently, as well as collaborate with a small, diverse team, within an agile and scrum environment. What you will be doing * Build on our existing products and elaborate on the UX design, planning and engineering of SuperDrafter and Anonymiser * Collaborate with our Tech team to solve complex visual design challenges * Work alongside our Head of Product to translate concepts into consistent graphical representations and support the capture of business requirements/feedback from our current product users * Coordinate with our CTO and our Marketing/ Branding team to ensure new design concepts.
