body { font-family: 'Honeywell Sans Book', Arial, sans-serif; } Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity We have an excellent career opportunity for a Customer Marketing Manager in the Honeywell Commercial Security, European business within the Honeywell Building Technologies strategic business unit and will be based at our Leicester office. What you will be doing? * You will lead a team and liaise with business leaders throughout the organization in several facets. * You will promote incremental growth with our distributor partners and direct dealer customer base while promoting the portfolio in vertical markets. * Work directly with the Offering Management team to develop, execute, and supervise launch campaigns for each new product introduction and present updates regularly to the Leadership Team. * Support marketing transformation with execution of key campaigns and digital marketing activities. As the owner of core campaigns, you will work with the team to define go-to-market, marketing mix, personas and the customer decision journey and take care of the campaign end-to-end including measuring impact of end user activities. * Build digital marketing and (Lead to Revenue) L2R plans for campaigns, product launches, and events. * Measure and analyse tactical critical metrics such as email open and conversion rates, social engagement as well as strategic metrics like marketing generated revenue and ROMI. We are looking for: * Experience in channel marketing, customer marketing, marcom or offering management in B2B environment. * Deep understanding of entire digital marketing mix and tactics and how to align with business growth targets and marketing automation processes; understands lead to revenue planning. * Experience working in Technological, distribution, security, BMS companies * Experienced in Power Point, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo and SFDC or similar tools. * Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
