French Customer Service

THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently looking for a French Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Leicester. This is a full time permanent position THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: To handle and develop existing account To deal effectively with customer correspondence, telephone calls and Emails in relation to sales enquiries, sales orders and queries To complete all necessary documents, in accordance with office procedures To maintain an efficient filing system To be aware of delivery expectations and keep customer informed To chase any outstanding items, including proofs, samples, delivery Schedule, etc. To prepare and present quotations to customers To  carry out other administrative duties, as covering reception, translating Documents and help out the team.
