Key tasks undertaken in this role include: Must be able to speak German Optimised Transport planning Improving Vehicle flow throughout their Network Working closely with the development team on the implementation of IS systems Driving system improvement Focus on Carrier Network adherence and improvement Accountability and Ownership of cost based KPIs Daily performance reviews Forecasting transport requirements and sourcing vehicles Carrier availability management Maintaining Reference Data You’ll be the one for this role if you are: Quick-witted Intelligent Confident Hard working Customer-service focused Empathetic Committed, determined, resilient Pro-active and driven Results and performance focused Excellent at communicating with lots of different levels and types of people IT literate - our systems are the heart of our business Have a degree level education Language skills would be beneficial
