Data Input Specialist

Provides outstanding support to the Consumer Sales/Care Team by assisting with the collection, coordination and maintenance of customer data. Customers include end users of ConvaTec products, healthcare professionals, distributors, and/or sales professionals. Customer interactions may be online in a virtual customer support environment as well as phone. Duties and Responsibilities + Multitasks to manage several email inboxes along with data input from marketing and team-generated leads; filter and escalates inquiries as appropriate + Responds to customers' inquiries via email, inquiries include updates to demographic information, order status, product feedback, sample requests, password assistance, etc. + Logs all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database + Effectively operate computer-based contact/database management program and accurately complete account/prospect records or profiles + Develop and maintain knowledge of ConvaTec products, including features and benefits + Assess customer needs and implement a plan of action that is results-oriented + Report complaints in accordance with FDA regulations and company policies and procedures, and follow-up as required to collect additional information + Use clear and concise written and oral communication techniques (including good grammatical form) in all customer and colleague interactions + Cross flow pertinent information with assigned team members + Exhibit warmth and compassion during all customer interactions + Meet monthly efficiency and activity targets + Projects and other responsibilities as assigned Must Have: + Ability to communicate with and instruct a diverse customer base at various educational levels + Demonstrate personal accountability with a focus on superior customer service + Demonstrated integrity, flexibility, and a strong work ethic + Proficiency in Microsoft software applications + Knowledge of other computer systems, including CRM applications, desirable + Attention to detail and accuracy + Problem-solving skills + Customer-focused mindset + Team player ConvaTec provides equal employment opportunities for all current employees and applicants for employment.
