An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a forward thinking and an National award-winning company. Due to continued success and rapid expansion of their business, we are urgently looking for a Data Manager. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding Certificated Bailiff and High Court Enforcement Company who are looking to grow their existing business due to a high demand for their services and an expansion of their client portfolio. Direct Collection Bailiffs is a very successful client focused business and is one of the market leaders within their field with the business showcased on Prime time television on Netflix and Channel 5, most recently with Series Five of ‘Can’t Pay We’ll Take it Away’. Your New Role: Duties will include; Process data , queries, imports and exports and produce detailed reports for use in Research and Analysis. Manage the import and export of data to and from third party clients. Ensuring all data processes fully comply with GDPR regulations, including any data breaches. What you will need: • Check File Transfer Protocol – Data transferred from client • Format & Present data • Data import & Cleansing • Report any errors to Client Relationship Manager • Contacting Clients to confirm information • Cross checking work carried out by others on the team • Manage Incoming Data and Report any drops in data to the client relationship manager • Export Letters to Whistl and check letters to ensure they show correct information before release • Crosscheck bills from Whistl to ensure costing are accurate • Run and receive reports and ensure system is kept up to date. • Set up clients on the system • Report any issue’s and work with IT manager to develop better processes • Create new Reports/ MI Reports • SQL Proficient • Managing Case import & Letter Cycles • Advanced Excel Formatting & Cleansing Skills • Previous management experience What You Will Be Offered: • £24,000 - £28,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) • Office hours - 9:00 - 5:00 • Early finish Fridays • No weekends • 28-days holiday • Free parking • Pension • Genuine Progression opportunities Interested in this role and want to speak more, then please find the time to contact us in confidence on 03332 400 884 or apply by submitting you CV for review.
