Description This position will manage our Channel Partners in South Africa to maximise sales revenue of our cloud solutions. In addition, manage a small team of Channel Managers working towards the same goal in their geography. You will be responsible for growing our EMEA emerging markets business revenues by maximising our existing partner channel - this would include, but may not be limited to: Meet or exceed all revenue targets assigned to alliance & channel partners - individually contributing as well as managing a small remote team to success Develop and executive sales strategies with re-sellers to enable their sales growth Leverage our partner infrastructure for education, enablement and certification Ability to work with partners on co-marketing activities for lead generation Manage channel sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning Manage the partner alliance agreements, order and contracting documentation Work closely with product development teams where necessary to help our partners to take white label offerings to market Promote Kronos as a key strategic partner within the HCM market place Be a key contributor to the EMEA leadership team Budget management skills desirable Qualifications A proven track record of managing a channel sales team to success Excellent collaboration skills A driver of employee engagement and talent development Process driven with respect to business plans, partner plans and SFDC management Good understanding of and experience with SaaS business models Challenger based selling, partner management, customer engagement and pipeline management Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills.
